Vice President of Advancement
Andrew Flamm, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), joined the Grace Office of Advancement in October 2013. He has more than eight years of leadership and fundraising experience, having worked and led in multiple areas of advancement, including alumni relations, planned giving, annual fund, major gifts, donor research and capital campaigns. He arrived at Grace from Manchester College, where he helped contribute to a $100 million comprehensive campaign. Prior to that, he was director of annual giving at his alma mater, Cedarville University, where he was integral in developing Cedarville’s Major Gifts program and executing multiple capital campaigns.

Director of Public Relations
Amanda Banks joined the staff of Grace College & Seminary as director of public relations in the fall of 2015. Her responsibilities include media and government relations and managing a variety of communication for the institution. Prior to joining the team at Grace, Banks served in the Indiana Senate for the 2015 legislative session while her husband, Sen. Jim Banks, deployed to Afghanistan with the U.S. Navy. Previously, Banks worked as communications manager for the American Red Cross Indiana-Ohio Blood Services Region and as federal policy analyst for Focus on the Family. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University. She is active in the pro-life cause and serves as vice-president of Allen County Right to Life. Amanda, her husband and three young daughters reside in Columbia City, Indiana.

Regional Director of Development
Bob is a 1991 graduate of Grace College, having majored in Communications with a business minor. He joined the Advancement team in September 2014. Before coming to Grace, Bob worked in insurance and owned a catering business. He will be responsible for building relationships with alumni and friends of Grace, primarily from Indiana to the west coast. In his spare time, Bob enjoys singing and ministering with the “No Name Quartet.” He resides in Warsaw with his wife, Katie, and four children: Ellie, Joe, Maryking and Ben.

Regional Director of Development
A graduate of Grace Theological Seminary, Steve received his Master of Divinity degree in 1997. He joined the Advancement team in March 2016. Before coming to Grace, Steve pastored churches in Roann, Indiana, Wabash, Indiana, and Trafalgar, Indiana and most recently in Bloomington, Indiana. Steve recently served as the Executive Director of a small not-for-profit that provides transportation services in Martinsville, Indiana. Steve was employed in development with the Shepherd Foundation in Union Grove, Wisconsin, doing development work from 2004 to 2010. He has a rich background in social services, management and not-for-profit leadership. During his time with Shepherds, Steve earned his M.B.A. in July of 2008 from the University of Phoenix. Steve and his wife, Vicki, have two sons—Kyle, a Grace College student, and Nathan, who will become a Grace College student in the fall of 2016. The entire family is looking forward to soon residing in the Warsaw area.

Executive Assistant to Advancement & Alumni
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Grace College’s GOAL program in 2010. After working in the Lancer Athletic Department a number of years ago, she returned to the Advancement Department in 2013 and supports both the VP of Advancement Drew Flamm and the Director of Alumni Engagement, Denny Duncan. Sarah resides in Warsaw with her husband, Samuel, and three children: Dylan, Kimberly and Brylar.

Director of Advancement Operations
Kelsi is a 2011 graduate of Grace College, with a double major in Business Administration and Counseling. She joined the Advancement team in August of 2014 after working three years at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation. Kelsi’s role is to oversee the operations of the Advancement team in relation to the database, donor tracking, donor stewardship and planned giving.

Development Officer – Grace Fund
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers University and her M.B.A. from Indiana University. She joined the Advancement team in August 2014 as the development officer for the Grace Fund. She resides in Lagrange County with her husband, Jeff. Her daughter Aleena attends Grace College.

Gift Receipting and Data Management
Mary is a 1978 graduate of Grace College, having majored in English with a biblical studies minor. Mary processes gift receipts, provides data management support, and edits department and institutional communication pieces.

Collette, a 1990 graduate of Grace College, majored in business administration with a minor in behavioral science and was in the Chamber Singers her junior and senior years. A native of Warsaw, Indiana, Collette is a member of the Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, where she served in AWANA Cubbies for over 20 years, is active in Women of Grace for Missions Europe Circle, and is the treasurer for Grace Ladies' Organization (GLO).
